If you have not had the unique experience of an Event at Rich Renaissance Atrium or at one of our extensive off-site events, we would like to introduce ourselves and our exceptional culinary and service staff to you:

Our General Manager, Manny Lezama, comes to us from New York City and has been in charge of large, high-profile events there and in Buffalo over the last 15 years. Along with his knowledge of innovative cuisine and expertise in wine, his strength of visionary planning allows him to creatively execute the most elaborate of affairs. Mr. Lezama has teamed with local and international companies to provide spectacular, white-glove service for every occasion. Mr. Lezama also has a passion for Ice Sculpting and some of his elaborate hand-carved work can be seen elsewhere on this site.

Executive Chef William Kreiner is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. After an internship at Rich Products, he was hired as a Sous Chef at Rich Renaissance Catering. Soon after, he was appointed Executive Sous Chef and one year later, he took over as Executive Chef. William has worked in New York City under Celebrity Chef Rocco Di Spirito and has apprenticed at Jean-Georges Vongerichten Restaurant JO-JO. He has also worked under renowned Chef Dawn Sieber at Florida's prestigious Cheeca Lodge. William has cooked for many important people, including President George W. Bush, Culinary Master Chef, Ferdinand Metz, as well as some of Buffalo's most prestigious residents. His creativity and innovation are what makes him what he is today.

Steve Guagliardi, our Catering Manager, has engineered events such as the Buffalo Zoo Catillion, Shakespeare in the Park's Fabulous Feast and others for 3000 people right down to a family picnic for 30 people. Mr. Guagliardi is very detail oriented and goes the extra mile to cater to the client's needs. His reputation for excellence and innovation has raised him to his current position in Rich Renaissance Catering. He is especially gifted at engineering events at client's homes and "thinking outside of the box" or Atrium, as it might be.

Gail is a graduate of Nardin Academy and attended the University of Buffalo. Mrs. Kendziora owned and operated her own Restaurant and Catering Business for 7 years before taking the position at the Park Lane, offered to her by Connie Cohen, as Assistant Catering Director. It was her responsibility to coordinate all events at the Park Lane and Jacobs Executive Development Center, formally the Butler Mansion. Presently, Gail is employed as Sales Manager for Rich Products, Rich Renaissance Catering, responsible for all on and off-premise events in regard to menus and details. Her expertise in organizing events at the JEDC allows her to help guide clients with decision making to ensure a perfect event.

We do everything in between, from box lunches to office breakfasts or small drop-off lunches for as little as 8 people, to events of 3000. You might say we are comfortable accommodating you at your place or ours.

Our entire staff looks forward to exceeding your expectations.
