Rich's Red Brick Market is a small retail store owned and operated by Rich Products. Located at 1197 Niagara Street, the store sits just across the street from Rich's World Headquarters facility and the Rich's Atrium.

Rich's is a family-owned company based out of Buffalo, NY. Most of our products are sold directly to the foodservice and bakery industry, such as restaurants, hotels, colleges and in-store bakeries around the world, and are not available for retail purchase.

The Red Brick Market showcases many of the hundreds of products made by Rich's and is one of the only locations where the public can buy Rich's great-tasting products. The products are typically frozen and range from ready-to-bake dough (cookies, breads, rolls and pastries) to fully-finished desserts. We also have a full line of pastas, barbecue pork and beef and seafood products as well as our famous non-dairy items such as Coffee Rich, Rich's Whip Topping, and Rich's Éclairs.
